Small Scale Housing
FRANKLIN ROAD HOUSING Gibsons
Located in Gibsons, this housing complex offers three affordable rental units: a 3-bedroom house with a self-contained studio suite, and a 2-bedroom laneway house. Built in 2021, it's situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood close to transit and amenities. The project was made possible through a long-term land lease with the Town of Gibsons, a capital grant from BC Housing, contributions from the Town of Gibsons' Affordable Housing Reserve, community fundraising, and a BC Housing mortgage.
