The building has shared laundry, several lovely common areas, and is centrally located near transit and shops.
Funding was provided through non-repayable and mortgage loans from federal and provincial government sources, with contributions from the Sunshine Coast Affordable Housing Society (SCAHS) and land provided by the Town at a nominal rate.
