These two neighbouring affordable apartment buildings in upper Gibsons have a total of 73 units and offer studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units. Several of these suites are accessible, making them suitable for seniors or others with mobility challenges. Each unit features a heat pump/air conditioner to lower energy costs. The buildings have shared laundry, several lovely common areas, and are centrally located near transit, schools and shops. There is a daycare planned for the ground floor of O’Shea Place. Ample bike storage, a playground, and Coast Car Co-op vehicles are available onsite. The buildings are pet-friendly, with one pet permitted per unit.

Funding was provided through non-repayable and mortgage loans from federal and provincial government sources, with contributions from the Sunshine Coast Affordable Housing Society (SCAHS) and land provided by the Town at a nominal rate.
