By booking the common room, you agree to the following:

• You are responsible for leaving the room clean and tidy after your booking. This includes removing all personal belongings and garbage, wiping down surfaces, and returning furniture to its original location.

• You are responsible for any damage to the room, furniture, fixtures, or equipment that occurs during your booking.

• A valid credit card is required to make a booking. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking.

• A $50 cleaning/damage fee may be charged to the credit card on file if the room is left dirty, requires additional cleaning, or if damage occurs.

• Please report any pre-existing damage or concerns before using the room so you are not held responsible.

• The person making the booking is responsible for the room and the conduct of their guests for the duration of the booking.

• Please be considerate of other tenants and keep noise at a reasonable level.

• The room must be vacated by the end of your reserved booking time.

By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms, including authorization to charge the credit card on file up to $50 if additional cleaning or damage is identified following your booking.
