Why are identical units available at different prices?
We use a mixed-income housing model to better reflect the people and needs of our community. This means some identical suites are offered at different price points to ensure housing is accessible to a diverse range of community members.
In alignment with CMHA and BC Housing, we define housing as affordable when it costs no more than 30–35% of gross household income. By offering a range of rental rates within the same building, we help create an inclusive community where people with different income levels can have fair access to affordable rental housing.
To be considered, you must apply for a unit according to your household income. Please carefully review the Frequently Asked Questions page before applying.
