Sunshine Coast Foundation’s 2025 Report to the Community Highlights the Housing Solutions Hub

Thanks to a generous $10,000 grant from the Sunshine Coast Foundation’s Responsive Community Grant Program , the Housing Solutions Hub was brought to life. This new online platform is designed to support practical, community-led housing solutions across the Sunshine Coast. By integrating local research, housing directories, building regulations, funding opportunities, and step-by-step implementation tools in one accessible place, the Hub is tailored specifically for rural communities. It helps residents, landlords, non-profits, and community partners better understand their housing options and move confidently from idea to action.
